Fully Integrated Psychotherapy will be your safe place to be seen and heard. No need to travel. You can log into our confidential Telehealth client portal and meet with your therapist from the comfort of your own preferred space. There are no concerns too small or big to work through. A compassionate and non-judgmental professional will join you in your journey to reach your personalized goals.
We commonly help clients with the following concerns:
Your therapist will start with an intake session. During the intake process, the therapist will work on obtaining a comprehensive understanding of your history, concerns, and various aspects of your life. In a future session, you will join your therapist to create a treatment plan that will guide the focus throughout the therapy process. This treatment plan will be reviewed at different points throughout the therapy process in order to gauge progress and make adjustments to the plan when needed.
After completing the intake and treatment plan sessions (which can take 2-4 sessions), the therapy sessions will consist of reviewing your week, obtaining psycho-education about your specific concerns, and learning tools to address your concerns. The content of the psycho-education and tools are based on the therapist’s chosen approach(es) such as:
Some approaches such as CBT and DBT can be more psycho-education-focused and help the client to gain tools to cope while shifting one’s mindset. EMDR and IFS aim to get to the root of a client’s concerns, healing past concerns so that the client can be more in the present instead of being affected by their past. You can learn more about these approaches in the Psychotherapy section of this website.
